How long your personal information will be kept

We will hold your personal information for the following periods:

Name-this will be maintained on the website as long as you are a member; Age -we take your age at the date of joining and this is updated annually on the anniversary of your joining date, we do not store your birthday;Postcode; we only store the first three or four digits of your postcode to allow us to find other members in your postcode area; Interests- this info is required to allow us to match with other like minded members, this can be updated at any time whilst you are still a member; Email- this is used to confirm your membership, and for payment via PayPal, we may also use your email for promotional and general updates to the site, this can be opted out of any time. Your email is not shown on the website and all info is encrypted. All info will deleted if you close your account and will have to resubmitted if you cancel your membership.
