At Gazinga we offer a paid for service that allows people to connect with each other utilizing their home or business postcode, and by sharing their basic information and Interest/s.
These Terms apply to your use of Gazinga and any related services, along with, any technologies and software that we currently offer or may offer in the future. All these products are provided to you by Gazinga Limited.
We charge a subscription fee for you to use Gazinga.co.uk and or the other products or services covered by these Terms.
Businesses and specific organisations pay us to show you ads for their products and services.
By using Gazinga.co.uk, you agree that we can show you ads on your “Profile Page” and while searching within the site, that we think will be relevant to your personal requirements, location, age and your registered interests. We determine which ads to show you, by the info you enter and store when joining or when updating your info at any stage whilst still a member.
We don't sell or share your personal data with any advertisers, or share information that may identify you (such as your name, email, postcode or other contact information, and interest/s)
We determine which adverts that are visible to you by the information you registered when completing your profile when joining or when updating your info at any stage whilst still a member.
Instead, advertisers can tell us the type of audience that they want to see their ads, and we match this with the information we have stored and show these ads to people who may be interested.
We do provide advertisers with reports about the performance via Google analytics of their ads that help them understand how people are interacting with their content, your personal info is not shown at any time to the advertisers.
Our GDPR explains how we collect and use your personal data to determine some of the ads that you see, and provide all of the other services we provide.
What Gazinga provides for you
Our aim is to give people the means and the access to contact like-minded individuals, either within your home postcode area, or either business or holiday postcodes, and develop friendships initially on line to make contact, but then meet face to face and develop long term friends or relationships and grow the Gazinga community.
We help you connect with like-minded people and groups, who share the same interests as you, and companies that may be of interest that may be linked to your chosen interest.
We use the data that you supplied when joining, to suggest for example, groups to join, and events that may be of interest and suggest people who you may want to become friends with, follow or send a message to and meet.
There are lots ways to express yourself on Gazinga and to communicate with members, about what matters to you – shared interests, reviews and what’s happening in your community. And by adding content to your profile, via the My Profile page.
By sharing your status updates, photos, arranging meetings, creating events, setting up and creating a Group of likeminded members, and sending messages to a member or members within the group, you will grow your group of friends and the Gazinga community.
We police any new Interests or groups to ensure we do not allow any harmful conduct of any type; trolling, cyber bullying and protect and support our community: we have section on how to protect yourself. People will only use and grow the members if they feel safe, to this end we will remove any member that is seen to be causing distress, abusing or generally misusing the site.
If we are informed of content or conduct like this, we will take appropriate action - by removing content, blocking access to certain features, disabling or deleting a members account and if required contacting law enforcement.
We continually monitor members activity and requirements to develop, test and improve Gazinga.
This includes analysing the data we have about our members and understanding how people use our website and the functions, we may ask members to participate in surveys and help test and develop new features.
Our Data Policy explains how we use members data to support this research for the purposes of developing and improving our services.
Gazinga allows you to find and connect with people, groups, businesses, organisations and others that share the same interest.
How we fund our services
Gazinga charges various membership rates dependent on the length of time you are a member, these are auto-renewed on expiration of your paid for membership this can cancelled at any time.
Business and organisations pay us to promote their products on members pages, but these are restricted and only relate to the chosen interest you have registered.
Protecting members privacy is paramount to how we've designed our system, we only show you relevant and useful ads without telling advertisers who you are.
We don't sell your personal data and never will or share with any third parties.
Advertisers tell us the audience they are looking example; Male: between 18-35; in NN8 postcode; interested in football, we then show their ad to people who might be interested.
We also provide advertisers with reports via Google Analytics about the performance of their ads to help them understand how people are interacting with their content.

We aim to make Gazinga accessible to as many individuals as possible, but we do have restrictions, if any of these are not complied with or breached at any time we reserve the right to cancel your membership.
2. What can you do and share on Gazinga
We want to allow people to share their limited personal information and interests on Gazinga, but not at the expense of the safety and the well-being of others or the integrity of our other members. You therefore, when signing up and agreeing to our Terms and conditions, agree not to engage in any of the items listed below or allow or facilitate or support anyone else to do so:

We reserve the right to remove content or cancel your membership if you have shared or breached of our Community Standards, we will inform you by email and explain any options that you may have to request a review, unless you have repeatedly breached these Terms or if doing so may expose us or others to legal liability; harm our membership; compromise or interfere with the integrity or operation of any of our services, and systems of Gazinga; where we are restricted due to technical limitations; or where we are prohibited from doing so for legal reasons.
To help support the Gazinga community, we ask you to report content or conduct that you believe breaches your rights (including intellectual property rights) or our terms and policies.
3. The permissions you give us
We require certain permissions from you to provide the services we offer:
You give permission for us to use content that you create and share on Gazinga: Some content that you share or upload, such as photos, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
You own the intellectual property rights (things such as copyrightnor trademarks) in any such content that you create and share on Gazinga.
Nothing in these Terms takes away the rights you have to your own content. You are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want.
However, to provide our services, we need you to give us some legal permissions (known as a ‘licence') to use this content. This is solely for the purposes of providing and improving Gazinga and the services as described in the section above.
Specifically, when you share, post or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights on or in connection with Gazinga, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). This means, for example, that if you share a photo on Gazinga, you give us permission to store, copy and share it with others (again, consistent with your settings)
This license will end when your content is deleted from our systems.
You may delete content individually or all at once by deleting your account. You may download a copy of your data photos etc.at any time before deleting your account.
When you delete content, it's no longer visible to other members; but it may continue to exist elsewhere on our systems where:
in which case, the content will be retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it has been retained (the exact duration will vary on a case-by-case basis).
In each of the above cases, this license will continue until the content has been fully deleted.
You give Gazinga permission to update software that you use or download: If you download or use our software, you give us permission to download and install updates to the software where available.
Limits on using our intellectual property
You can only use our copyrights or trademarks (or any similar marks) with our prior written permission.
4. Additional provisions
1. Updating our Terms
We aim to constantly to improve our services to you and develop new features to make Gazinga better for you and our membership. We therefore may need to update our Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices.
We only make changes if the provisions are no longer appropriate or if they are incomplete, and only if the changes are reasonable and take due account of your interests.
We will notify you (by email or through Gazinga) at least 30 days before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect, unless the changes are required by law.
Once any updated Terms are in effect, and you have agreed to these you will be bound by them if you continue to use Gazinga
2. Account suspension or termination
At Gazinga to be a place where people feel welcome and safe to interact with likeminded people and groups and share their interests.
If we determine that you have clearly, seriously or repeatedly breached our Terms or Policies, including in particular our Membership Standards, we will suspend or as last resort disable access to your account.
When we take these actions, we will inform you and explain your options you have and your right to request a review, unless doing by doing so may expose us or others to legal liability; harm our other members; compromise or interfere with the integrity or operation of any of Gazinga, systems; where we are restricted due to technical limitations; or where we are prohibited from doing so for legal reasons.
If your account has been disabled, you can contact us if you believe we have disabled your account by mistake and we will investigate and report back to you with our findings.
We will resolve disputes by ensuring that all parties involved are kept informed at every stage and the final decision is Gazinga
We always appreciate your feedback and suggestions about how we can improve Gazinga and the way we provide information, we may use them without any restriction or any obligation to compensate you, and we are under no obligation to keep them confidential.
